Our Mission

 Our mission at Fiercely Female is to empower women to find their strength, confidence and value in who they are. 

Our Program

 Society often says that being feminine means we are week and easy to become a victim.  That is not true! We believe that everyone should feel safe, valued and confident in who they are. As women, we can be powerful as well as feminine.   Through our programs, coaching, literature and community we provide support and guidance to help women develop skills and find their confidence to live their best and safest lives.

Sarah Pawlicki , the founder, has been a personal trainer, health coach, and Sports nutritionist for over 20 years. Aside from health and fitness, she has also earned her Second Degree blackbelt instructor certification in Krav Maga. Her passion to help people find their power and success by meeting each person  where they are at and empowering them! The Fiercely Female Trainers are all compassionate, knowledgeable and excited to be apart of your journey.

 With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body, mental space and time constraints to create a fitness and self defense plan that will help you reach your goals. There are lots of fitness only programs, However, what  we offer is  the life changing combination of self defense, fitness, mental growth, and support.
